Sleep - Herbal tea

The first step to a restful sleep is to create relaxation and calm before going to bed. A hot bath, meditation, reading - we can support our own evening ritual with "Sleep" tea, which reduces nervous tension and restlessness, lulling us into a pleasant sleep. When creating the mixture, we took well-known traditional herbs that affect the nervous system as a basis and supplemented them with the special Honeybush, which is tastier than rooibos.

Main ingredients and effects:
• Hops: As a member of the cannabis family, it has a sedative effect, promoting relaxation and better sleep.
• Chamomile: Supports the immune system, lipid metabolism, and mental health, providing positive mood, relaxation, and sleep.
• Passionflower : Has a calming effect, improves sleep quality, reduces stress and helps with nervous tension or insomnia. Clinical research has proven the sleep-improving effect of regular consumption of passionflower tea.
• Catnip : Known for treating anxiety, depression, stress, and sleep problems. Its calming and anticonvulsant effects are due to its effects on GABA receptors.
• Honeybush : Has a calming effect on the nervous system, is also recommended for menstrual complaints and skin problems. Its antioxidant content helps protect the skin, especially against UV radiation.
• Lavender: Lowers blood pressure, improves mental well-being and helps you fall asleep.
• Lemongrass : Has a calming, stress-relieving and antidepressant effect, promoting restful sleep and general mental balance.

Ingredients:
Honeybush red, lemongrass (stem), hops (cone), cornflower (flower), lemongrass (leaf), valerian (root), passionflower (stem), lavender (flower), chamomile (flower).

Preparation:
• Dosage: Pour one teaspoon (1.5 g) of the mixture into 250 ml of hot water.
• Soaking time: 7-10 minutes.
• Consumption: Consume freshly prepared 1-2 times daily.

Warnings:
• Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and young children.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
