FACE MASSAGE ROLLER
- Face: Using the wider part of the roller, follow the contour of the face from the nose to the ears, making smoothing movements.
- Forehead: Move slowly from the center of the forehead to the hairline.
- Eye area: Using the narrower part of the roller, gently smooth the eyelid in the direction of the ears, then do the same on the area under the eyes.
- Chin and neck: Work from the center of the chin outwards and upwards towards the cheeks. Smooth from top to bottom in the direction of the collarbone.
GUA SHA MASSAGE STONE:
- Face: We hold the bridge of the nose and the mouth with one hand, then use the smooth part of the stone to smooth it towards the ear to the fold.
- Sand : Hold the eye lightly with one hand, pull the smooth part of the stone upwards, starting from the eyebrows, across the forehead to the folds.
- Eye area : Hold the ring finger at the inner corner of the eye, while using one of the tips of the heart part of the stone, pull it to the outer corner of the eye, then through the temple to the crease.
- Chin and neck: Hold the center of the chin with one hand, while using the massage stone, pull the stone from the center of the jawbone towards the ear. (The heart-shaped depression should be between the bone)
